All Saints Anglican Cathedral is located on 5 Michel Lutfallah Street in Zamalek, an island in the heart of Cairo. It is just behind the Marriott Hotel, so if you go there first, it is very easy to find.  All Saints Cathedral is the mother church of the Episcopal/Anglican Diocese of Egypt with North Africa and the Horn of Africa.
